So what to do when you’re a modern girl living with Crohn’s disease in a modern world.

Keeping a regime is difficult enough with all the pulls and temptations to your diet, from advertising to family gatherings.

Having a clear plan, working that plan and staying consistent have been pillars to keeping my Crohn’s in remission for over 10 years...

When you begin introducing CBD into your regime it’s okay  to not know where to start, its okay to fall off (as long as you get back up) and to always remember that the journey is the victory.

Everything worthwhile is worth the wait, and your health is so worth it.

Keep a food and cannabis journal to track your progress.

Having conscious snacks and meals with me have helped when hunger pains strike and those extra large fries start to look good. Potato is a vegetable, right ?!?

Here’s a quick and versatile recipe that can be used when your in a hurry and need to stay on your game throughout the day.

Hope you enjoy.
