Just starting out? Cooking with CBD 101

Cooking with cannabis isn't new. The plant itself has over 483 known compounds and enzymes. The most researched of these compounds are THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CBD (Cannabidiol). Both have respective medical properties but one has a key difference CBD is non-intoxicating simply put, you won't get high. 


When cooking with cannabis begin with a ratio of THC and CBD to receive the benefits of the Entourage Effect, by using Full Spectrum Products and Flower.  The Entourage Effect is when all cannabinoids are present. Start low and slow by micro-dosing generally between 1-5mg THC and 5mg CBD and work your way up if needed.
