Mid Morning Favorite. Avocado Toast

2 servings

1 ripe Hass Avocado

1 garlic clove

Fresh Sourdough bread 4 slices 1/2 in thick

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp Lemon juice

Salt and fresh black pepper to taste

Toast bread in medium skillet with Extra Virgin Olive Oil until golden brown on each side. Remove from skillet. Rub fresh garlic clove over warm toasted bread. Set Aside.

Pit and slice avocado. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over avocado and and fan over toasted bread.

Season avocado with salt and pepper, drizzle with 1 tsp of Green Panther Chef CBD Infused EVOO & red pepper flakes optional.
