Lemonheads Only! Sweet and Sour CBD Lemon Custard
This quick and easy dessert is for the true lemonheads. Can’t do lemon, try cardamom and ginger)
2 cups infused heavy cream
½ cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon zest
5 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
(Optional Toppings) Pomegranate Seeds, Blueberries, Kumquats
In medium saucepan over medium heat bring cream and lemon zest to a boil (don’t burn) about 8-10 mins. Turn off heat then slowly add in lemon juice. Take off heat and cool for about 20 minutes.
Strain through cheesecloth into a heat safe container with a spout. Divide evenly into small ramekins. Chill uncovered in fridge for 3 hours. Before serving top with fruit.
