So this is my very first video sharing just a simple dressing recipe.

Of course, I’m nervous about about stepping out of my comfort zone and creating video content, but it isn’t about me. So I hope you enjoy because this inst the last.

Classic Lemon Vinaigrette Recipe:

Serves 2

1 tbsp GPC CBD Whole Grain Mustard

4 tbsp Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Pinch Serrano Chili (optional) or Fresh Thyme

2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice or Vinegar (Pomegranate Vinegar) is my fav!

1 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Fresh Black Pepper


  1. In clean empty jar, add all ingredients

  2. Place lid on top, shake 20-30 seconds or until fully incorporated

  3. Toss with your favorite salad and Enjoy!

My Go To: Fresh Spring Mix, Sliced Red Onion, Avocado.

* Protein? Serve with Seared Salmon or Grilled Sardines :-)
