Over the years I’ve kept a personal journal that researched the benefits of food and cannabis, and the best modalities to get desired results.
After years of research I came to a conclusion, cannabis and CBD are great but they are not the cure all to everything. Weight, Diet, Lifestyle, Mind, Body and Spirit all play a role in overall health and happiness.
Keeping a Cannabis and Food journal that chronicles your journey is key. Not only will you have insight, you'll hold yourself more accountable because you now what works and doesn't for your body.
This can be used as a road map as you begin to navigate your own journey.
